Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and ku9i (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), an internationally operated online betting and casino platform accessible at https://ku9i.bio. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended
• Any bonus funds held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ku9i account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method linked to your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ku9i will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any such request purportedly from ku9i should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

All bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your account are deemed to have been authorised by you. ku9i accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately so that the account can be secured.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ku9i operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the platform, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where irregular account activity is detected. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash account showing your registered mobile number) may also be requested. 3.4 Account Closure

4.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount on ku9i is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ku9i at a platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your ku9i account balance in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) at face value, with no currency conversion applied.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals from ku9i are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to successful identity verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must have passed the required KYC verification checks before any withdrawal can be processed
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day under normal operating conditions

4.4 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute against a deposit you have made to ku9i — while retaining winnings generated from the use of those funds — constitutes fraudulent conduct. ku9i will pursue all available legal and technical remedies against players found to have engaged in chargeback fraud, including the permanent closure of the account and recovery of any funds subject to the disputed transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ku9i offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and free bet offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. Only wagers placed on eligible games or bet types count towards the clearance of wagering requirements — games or bet types that are excluded from wagering requirement clearance are listed in the promotion-specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ku9i monitors bonus usage across all player accounts. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Using low-risk, mathematically balanced betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (so-called "bonus hunting")
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures
• Making deposits and immediately withdrawing without engaging in genuine gameplay

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to an expiry period as specified in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the applicable expiry period will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice. ku9i is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on ku9i are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a wager. ku9i does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of a manifest technical error on the part of the platform.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on ku9i are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which your bet is accepted are the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation. ku9i offers markets on a wide range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, ODI series, and Bangladesh domestic competitions), football, kabaddi, and other international sporting events. Market availability may vary based on the event and season.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body of that sport. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, ku9i's decision shall be final, provided that such a decision is made in good faith and in accordance with the information available from official sources. Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled will be settled in accordance with ku9i's specific sport-by-sport void and postponement rules published on the platform.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

ku9i reserves the right to impose maximum single-bet winnings limits and maximum daily or weekly payout limits on a per-market and per-event basis. Details of applicable maximum winnings limits are available within the betting interface. Winnings in excess of applicable maximum limits will not be paid and the excess will be voided.

6.5 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that represent a manifest error (for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or data feed error), ku9i reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the player. A manifest error is one that a reasonable player would have recognised as incorrect at the time of placing the bet. ku9i will exercise this right reasonably and in good faith.

Casino & Game Rules

7.1 Game Availability

• Money Laundering: Using ku9i for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. ku9i cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious financial activity as required
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with ku9i
• Match Manipulation: Any involvement in the fixing, manipulation, or corruption of the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are offered on ku9i
• Hacking and Platform Attacks: Any attempt to probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or gain unauthorised access to ku9i's systems, software, or infrastructure

Intellectual Property

All content on the ku9i platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio files, video files, page layouts, software code, and the overall design and appearance of the platform — is the intellectual property of ku9i or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ku9i platform for the purpose of personal, non-commercial online gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the platform's content without prior written authorisation from ku9i
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content available on the platform
• Create derivative works based on any part of the platform's content or design

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by ku9i and its licensors. Any unauthorised use of ku9i's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

ku9i endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. 10.2 Accuracy of Information

10.3 Consequential Losses

10.4 Maximum Liability

Where ku9i is found to be liable to you under any legal theory, ku9i's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ku9i account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. This limitation applies cumulatively across all claims and causes of action.

Privacy & Data

ku9i collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on ku9i, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read together with this Agreement.

ku9i implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
